翼狀肩胛改善
Improving the Winged Sapula

學員平時有固定長跑的習慣,主要的工作型態也以久坐為主。
身體存在著歪斜及失衡的問題,尤其是肋骨往右側移動、翼狀肩胛骨等。
透過FP訓練後,脊椎更加延展,肩胛骨回到更好的位置。

The client is a regular long-distance runner and has a predominantly sedentary work pattern.

His body had problems with lordosis and imbalance, especially with the ribs moving to the right and the winged scapula. After FP training, the spine has lengthened more and the scapulae have returned to a better position.

肩頸痠痛緩解
Neck & Shoulder Pain Relief

Jac為久坐上班族,長期有肩部、上背部和頸部不適,頸部左轉幅度受限制。每當他左手高舉過頭,肩胛骨區域會產生疼痛。過去嘗試傳統訓練,改善幅度有限。
透過FP的訓練後,改善了駝背的狀況、脊椎壓迫也減少。

Jac is a sedentary worker with chronic shoulder, upper back and neck discomfort and limited left rotation of the neck.

Whenever he raises his left hand above his head, pain develops in the scapular region. He has tried traditional training in the past with limited improvement, but after FP training, his hunch has improved and spinal compression has been reduced.

下背痛改善
Lower Back Pain Relief

Eric曾因椎間盤突出做過手術,雖然手術過後大部分的症狀有改善。但對於久坐辦公室的他,還是被下背痛困擾著。
從基礎的核心能力到進階的整合性訓練,肌力、肌耐以及肌肉之間的協調,有效改善身體不適。

Eric has had surgery for a herniated disc and although most of his symptoms have improved since then, he still suffers from lower back pain after the surgery.

However, for a sedentary office worker, he still suffers from lower back pain.

FP training ranges from basic core strength to advanced integrative training, muscle strength, muscle endurance and inter-muscular coordination to improve physical discomfort.

運動表現提升
Sports Performance Improvement

Yee過去喜歡從事球類運動、傳統肌力訓練、瑜珈。
由於在場上的激烈碰撞、跑跳之下,常有下背痠痛及臀部拉傷的問題。
我們透過步態的慢動作分析來檢視與分析,從步態進行修正,讓發力模式相似的球類運動表現大幅改善,即使強度再高,也沒有不舒服的問題

Yee used to enjoy ball games, traditional plyometrics and yoga.

He often suffered from lower back pain and hip strain due to the intense impact, running and jumping on the sports field.

We reviewed and analysed his gait through a slow motion analysis and corrected his gait to improve his performance in ball sports with similar power patterns and no discomfort even at higher intensities.

減重及骨盆歪斜改善
Weight Loss and Improvement of Pelvic Skew

學員平時喜愛傳統訓練,也喜歡嘗試各種運動,但是時常感覺兩隻腳受力不均以及單邊髖關節、膝蓋、腰部的不適。
各種矯正性的訓練、復健等,改善效果差強人意。
透過跑步機的全力衝刺將失能的問題給顯現出來,FP針對人體的站立、走路、跑步、投擲基礎動作能力去訓練,無論是身體的歪斜還是運動表現都能有效提升,同時減去體重20公斤。

The client used to do traditional weight training and tried various exercises, but often feels uneven stress on both feet and discomfort in the unilateral hip, knee and lower back.

The results of various corrective training and rehabilitation exercises are not satisfactory. His physical dysfunction was revealed through his full sprints on the treadmill.

The FP is designed to train the body in the basic movements of standing, walking, running and throwing, improving both pelvic dislocation and sports performance of the client, and also helped him lose 20kg.
